Wise in thought.
Rooted in presence. Stronger in unity.

Our core ethos guides everything we do, providing a solid foundation for powerful leadership, resilient systems, and harmonious relationships. Together, these principles drive sustainable growth and long-term success.

Our story

A practice built on stability — not noise.

SNC Consultants Sdn Bhd was founded in 2019 with a simple belief: every successful business deserves a financial partner they can trust.

Since day one, we've been committed to helping businesses stay compliant, make informed financial decisions, and build with confidence. We believe accounting should be straightforward, reliable, and built on lasting relationships.

Today, we're proud to support businesses across more than fifteen industries, combining professional expertise with practical advice and responsive service. Whether it's day-to-day compliance or long-term business growth, we're here to provide clarity, consistency, and support every step of the way — because trust is built through every relationship, every conversation, and every result.

From synergy to credibility — where trust is built.

Three principles

Synergy. Supportive. Stable.

Synergy

Collaboration that amplifies impact.

True growth isn't solitary — it's shared. We believe in the power of collaboration, where diverse minds meet and multiply value.

ii.

Supportive

Grounded in integrity, growing together.

We stand beside our clients with patience, transparency, and a genuine investment in their long-term success — through every cycle.

iii.

Stable

Consistency that builds trust.

In a world of volatility, we choose foundation over frenzy. Stability is not stagnation — it is strength.

How we work

A measured, four-step engagement model.

Listen

A no-pressure conversation to understand your business, stage, and what 'good' looks like for you.

Diagnose

We review your books, processes, and obligations — and tell you honestly where you stand.

Build

Systems, controls, and a reporting rhythm that fit your business — not a generic template.

Operate

Monthly close, statutory delivery, and quarterly check-ins. Quiet, consistent, on time.

Outsourcing vs full-time

Pay less than hiring in-house — let us show you how.

We provide a scalable outsourced accounting solution that replaces the need for a full-time in-house team. Our services adapt to your business needs — cost efficiency without compromising accuracy, compliance, or financial insight.

In-house

Full-time hire

Suited to larger, high-volume businesses with constant transaction flow.

RM 5,500 – 9,000 monthly basic salary before employer statutory contributions
Software, training, and workspace overheads
Single skillset — limited cross-discipline depth
Coverage gaps during leave or attrition
Recruitment cost & ramp-up time

SNC Outsourced

Scalable team

A flexible model that grows with you — pay only for what you need.

Predictable monthly retainer — no hidden cost
Software, systems & reporting included
Chartered accountant–led, full-team depth
Continuity through our team structure
Scales up or down as your business changes

The team

The people behind your numbers.

Chartered-accountant–led, with a careful, generalist team behind us. You'll know who's on your account — and they'll know your business.
